"The level of customer service is exceptional. If anything the level of attention in the restaurant is too great for a 'westerner' like me. The staff can afford to give their diners a bit more 'space' during their meal time. I want to add how good the Asian style food in the restaurant is, with great wines available too."

"Great experience. The man who picked us up at the airport showed us Angkor Wat and the surrounding area for the two days we visited. He was so informative and courteous. Mr. Samsot Sokphy is his name, sokphy_79@hotmail.com. We highly recommend his services. Thanks for having him meet us at the airport. He charged us only $25.00 USD a day. It was well worth it."

"This is the last place to stay in Siem Reap Cambodia. The front desk will refuse to honor a confirmed reservation and try to place you in a cheap room that is designed for the hotel staff! Don't try to see the general manager to find out why they won't honor a confirmed reservation, the staff won't allow it. And to make matters worst, they actually said, they had the same exact problem as mine, last week!"

"We booked this hotel on the Internet without knowing anything about the place. We were somewhat worried until we arrived and discovered how really nice and classy this place is. The food, service, pool, and spa were really wonderful. we particularly enjoyed the great massages and the authentic dancers by the pool...what a treat! keep up the good work!"

"A large hotel with all the usual facilities. Nice pool, restaurant okay, staff very good. Unfortunately there were a large number of rather noisy tour groups during my stay including one Japanese group which woke me at 4 am ..... apparently got my room number wrong.."
