Angkor Hospital for Children

Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) is dedicated to improving the health and ensuring the future of Cambodia's children by providing full-service, life saving paediatric care free-of-charge. The dedicated staff of Cambodian doctors and nurses provides services for 300 - 400 children on a daily basis and maintains 50 inpatient beds.

The new Visitor Centre at Angkor Hospital for Children allows travellers to learn more about the work of the hospital and it's also possible to buy postcards, books and prints by the acknowledged photographer Kenro Izu.

Admission is free of charge, but donations to the hospital are much appreciated.

A visit to the Angkor Hospital for Childrend can be done as a stand-alone activity or can easily be included in the package Beyond Angkor: Temples and More.
