Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
Located in a building built in 1988 as a cultural centre to teach aspiring artists the art of traditional Apsara dancing, the owners and management of Angkor Spirit Palace aim to promote Khmer heritage and, at the same time support the local community.
A percentage of the profits goes to support community projects and staff have regular staff training and English classes.
