"The room was incredibly dusty (dustballs were omnipresent) and the towels we received were not clean. But other than that, the stay was very pleasant."

"The family running Angkor Voyage Villas was very nice and helpful. Cleanliness of rooms was only just okay. We never did manage to get hot water for our showers, but that's not really a problem.
Angkor Voyage Villas was a quiet location but very central."

"I had a confirmed booking with hotel pickup. There was no one there to pick me up. When I got to the hotel I was told they were full. I said I had a confirmed booking and showed them the documentation howeverthey still insisted they were full and had no knowledge of the booking. I had to find another hotel. I contacted whl.travel who didn't know what had happened as they had a record of my booking and the hotel manager had contacted them to say I had been a no show!!fortunately the driver who was with me had been the one to take me to the hotel and could cofirm my story. The whole thing was total unsatisfactory and left me out of pocket! "

"i stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. sometimes the dust bin was emptied, the bed just was covered by the sheed without making the bed before. the whole house is a bit dirty and the hosts seem not to be interested in having a nice house at all. the good thing about staying in that house was having a big quiet room at the top and as i was out all day long i did not complain. i would not recommend that guesthouse to my friends."

"At check-in, the bath tub showed the grime of previous guests. On the first day, our room was not tidied up by 03.30pm. Hotel staff only did so, after my express request. .
Not once during my entire stay was the bathroom cleaned. Toilet paper was not replaced automatically, but again only at my express request."

"sorry, actually i cant give any comment because Angkor Voyage never turn up to fetch us in the airport, we were there around 20 mins, finally we change to Golden Temple Villa because their guest not turn up."
