Bopha Angkor Hotel looks at both social and evironmental factors which affect the community they work in.
- Separate waste in the hotel
- Monitor electricity with timer switches
- Re-cycle water to water garden and outdoor fish tank
- Staff are employed locally and recruited from Paul Dubrule (20%) and Sala Bai(50%) which are community projects offering scholarships to the young adults from the poorest areas of Siem Reap province
- Foods and furniture decorating the hotel are locally produced

Bopha Angkor is a member of Heritage Friendly Tourism that aims at protecting Khmer heritage and invest in local businesses and community. I think that if you are looking to contribute, this is a good choice.
