Cambodian Countryside Experience

After breakfast you will start your adventure by car which will pick you up at your hotel and take you 15km out of town, on a very bumpy developing road to the Cambodian Silk farm. Here you will be met by one of the friendly guides who will accompany you around the Farm and provide much detail on how silk is made.

From mulberry bushes to beautifully finished silk products you will see how this NGO in action has helped many vulnerable adults in this poverty stricken area and given them the opportunity to produce organic purchasable goods available for the tourists to buy.

After your visit to the silk farm you will head towards the village where you will spend the afternoon.

Once there you will enjoy a picnic lunch and a couple of hours with the locals, experiencing ox cart riding in the wonderful lush green rice fields.

Just before your bumpy road back to town you will enjoy a refreshing 'fresh' coconut juice!

- Pick up from your hotel at 10:00am (exact pick-up time to be confirmed on booking).
- Journey to the Silk Farm.
- Picnic lunch to be enjoyed on arrival of rural village.
- After a couple of hours in the fields you head back to your hotel.
