Traveller Comments:
"Although the hotel is in a 'quiet' part of the town, the pool does border onto the front road, so it can get a bit noisy at times. But this is posted by a noise-sensitive 52 year old."
Mr. Graham Bennett - United Kingdom on 29/04/2008
"this is a good value for money hotel close to the town centre for all the evening attractions. the included breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable selection available.good value for money."

"We were very satisfied with the value we got for the price. Only "discount" for thsi judgement: the website anounced "free pickup at airport" - however, the (very friendly and punctual) taxi driver charged us - with a reasonable amount of 5 USD.
Very professional Spa/massage service!
We fully recommend Casa Angkor Hotel."
Mr. Hans Schipulle - Germany on 28/07/2007
"As usual - the hotel is charming and a lovely pool, with frielndly staff but there are always problems getting the hot water to work in some rooms(!) I wish this could be fixed so I don;t have to keep giving this feedback..."

"Arriving at the hotel they did not know your company and our reservation was not accepted. The hotel was not full so we were able stay anyway.
Our reservation was confirmed by WHL Cambodia, we also gave our crdit card information (Amex) this was not accepted as payment at the hotel. Cash USD and Visa was the only accepted payment."
Mr. Tormod Hauglund Andersen - Norway on 24/01/2007
"Overall our experience here was wonderful. we asked for recommendations for a guide to Angkor Wat and for a restaurant with Apsara dancing, and believe we were referred to places with which the referring front desk employee had relationships/kickbacks. He sent us to the Jasmine restaurant which was very run-of-the-mill with poor food and dancing-would have preferred being offered some of the better shows at Angkor Hotel or Meridien. Our guide to Angkor called himself Hung-very knowledgeable, but his English was barely understandable and he was very negative about everything-I would not recommend him again. Our driver called himself Chi(?) and was wonderful. Overall our experience with the hotel was great but I would recommend more objective help at the front desk for guides and restaurant experiences."
Mr. Russell Krug - United States on 20/01/2007
"The hotel was good. When i arrived, though, I had a room which overlooked a passge and a staircase - a bad view, and no privacy. However, upon request the hotel found me another room, so I was happy."

"The rooms and bathrooms are very nice, pool is lovely and the staff are very freindly. The only issues is that the hot water system is temperamental to say the least. There are consistently issues with the hot water - I recommend allowing time to call an engineer before each shower - even when they fix it the night before, it sometimes does not work in the next morning..."
Ms. Lloyd Williams Kate - Vietnam on 30/10/2006
"The staff are always ready to help and with a smile. Overall a very pleasant experience and we totally enjoyed the stay."
Mr. Kok Boon Ong - Singapore on 07/07/2006
"For this class of hotel, the rate of US$70 at low season is very expansive in the Asia region. In other countries, this class of hotels only charge US$35 for low seasons.
The hotel also charged an extra 4.5% when we paid by credit card. Never came across extra charges for using credit card to make payments elsewhere in the Asia region!"
Ms. Kim Bee Teo - Singapore on 12/04/2006
"I chose the hotel based on location, but was completely happy with the service, and the appearance of the hotel. Not only do I hope to return to Siem Reap in the next year or two, but will plan on bringing friends, and we will most certainly want to stay at the Casa Angkor Wat Hotel. The location is great, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the rooms were lovely. Thank you!"
