"I thought the Happy Guest House was great. The guest house was relatively clean. I did notice a few bed bugs or something of the sort on the last day, but all in all, a good buy. The staff was charming and very helpful. Cambodia is also quite hot, I'd splurge for the AC and you also get some hot water to go along with that :)"

"overall, everything was great while I was staying in Happy Guesthouse. but if u wanna then to pick u up from the airport, you'd better resend a notice to remind them, otherwises, u might have to stay outside the airport for half hour until you call them to remind them. the location is ok, no matter where we stay in Siemreap, we still need a tuktuk to drop us off at every temple. but if u wanna go to the old market, u'd better rent a bike since it takes about 20 mins walking to the market. when I stayed there, i liked riding the bike to explore the small town. the staff are friendly and always smile."

"the guesthouse was superb, the owner's daughter is very friendly and helpful. what makes my trip a little upset is the tuk-tuk driver. becareful when getting a tuk-tuk driver, petty scam is prevalent there."

"We had a great time at the happy guesthouse. The staff were very friendly. They were supposed to pick us up from the airport, but there was no one there so we took a taxi instead. Staff apologized a thousand times saying they had not received a request to pick us up. I believe them, because they were very sorry. They even gave us free drinks.

You can buy boattickets or arrange scooters to go to Angkor from the guesthouse. We took the boat to Phnom Penh at six in the morning and they gave us our breakfast in a plastic bag so we could take it with us. That was very nive of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
