Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booking is to be notified in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to one night Charge will be imposed. A no-show equivalent to the full length of say on the room(s) reserved should the client or group fail to arrival without prior cancellation.

Day Use room(s) on day of departure from 12.00 - 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charged at 50% of the room rates.
No extra charge for children under 12 years of age sharing room with parents and utilizing existing bedding. However, breakfast is chargeable. Additional Charge for the third person (adult or children) with extra bed inclusive of breakfast (US$ 3) and US$ 6 for adult.
