Traveller Comments:
"It is very nice, service is good, especially for preparing breakfast in advance so that we can take it the next morning very early to see sunrise"
Mrs. HE L. - China on 07/02/2009
"nice stuff, good food, clean place. Overall is fine.

But we have booked the airport pick up, and noone shown up when we arrived.

Best regards,
Singapore"

"We spend 3 days/2 nights in Siem Reap and stayed at Passaggio. The service was very good, personeel always keen and responsive to our requests. Good breakfast included while rooms are simply furnished but clean, Air Conditioned and spacious. Location is perfect, very centric but out of the noisy old market quarter."
Mr. Paolo C. on 21/08/2007
"Towels were very soiled and bath not clean."
Mr. Chris M. - United Kingdom on 08/03/2007
"The hotel is good, but will do well to add some flexibility to its services. For example, they provided me coffee / tea set up in my room, which was nice, but refused to substitute the coffee mixture(of coffee, sugar and whitener) with pure black coffee. They also have an inexplicable habit of disconnecting their telephone at 10 PM. This can be inconvenient if you do not have a hand phone, but can potentially cause great damage by cutting you off from all external world, should there be an emergency."
Mr. Seshagiri Rao Tantra V. - Malaysia on 23/02/2007
"Great free daily breakfast. Staff always friendly. Would return for another stay."
Mrs. christy m. - United States on 05/02/2007
"We were pleased with our stay and found ther staff and management very warm and helpful. A great , central location. Compared to Phnom Penh we found the price a bit high but that seems to be the general case for all accommodation in Siem Reap."
Mr. David C. on 03/01/2007
"Staff was friendly but frankly, the pictures looked much better than actual place, which felt like a house hastily and not too tastefully converted into a hotel. The bathroom towels are faded and yellow, the furniture is incongruent. Location is good, but overall I was disappointed with the setup. The place is certainly functional, but far from welcoming or attractive."
Mr. Peter W. - Singapore on 13/07/2006
