Paul Dubrule Hotel and Tourism School

The Paul Dubrule Hotel and Tourism School project is the result of the personal initiative of Paul Dubrule, the French co-founder of the Accor group and a well-known international figure in the hotel and tourism industry. The institution is an operating school and hospitality training facility with a few rooms available for guests.

Members of the staff and students are delighted to welcome guests and those interested in seeing the hotel school.

Please note: Many services are reduced during the school and national holidays and rooms tend to fill up quickly, so please make sure you book well in advance.

The Paul Dubrule Training Restaurant opened to the public in January 2003. Providing lunch, light refreshments and afternoon tea, this restaurant gives students in all disciplines an opportunity to work together and gain valuable experience in providing excellent guest service and exceptional food.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday for lunch. It offers a 3-course set lunch menu for $6 including coffee. Menus combine a selection of Khmer and French food. Twenty young chefs, accompanied by their trainer, cook every day and the restaurant and bar students, overseen by their teachers, preside over the service in the training restaurant. There is also a small selection of wines and full bar service with particular cocktails prepared by students. Following lunch, visitors, groups or individuals are invited to join a guided tour of the school and its facilities, accompanied by a teacher or a student.

Policy on children staying with parents:
Children under 6 years old receive free bed and breakfast when sharing with parents, subject to availability.
