The Paul Dubrule Hotel & Tourism School project in Siem Reap is the result of the personal initiative of Paul Dubrule, the French co-founder of the Accor group and a well-known international figure in the hotel & tourism industry.
The institution is an operating school and hospitality training facility with a few rooms available for real guests. Members of the staff and students are delighted to welcome guests and those interested in seeing the hotel school.
Please note: Many services are reduced during the school and national holidays and rooms tend to fill up quickly, so please make sure you book well in advance.
The Paul Dubrule Training Restaurant opened to the public in January 2003. Providing lunch, light refreshments and afternoon tea, this restaurant gives students in all disciplines an opportunity to work together and gain valuable experience in providing excellent guest service and exceptional food.
