Since we arrived very early at 8am+, we understand that we can't get to our room yet and were told is available to us at 12pm.
After a long, hot walk at the town for so many hours, When We go back to the counter at 12pm, the staff said will check for us and were told to sit around and they will comw to us in a while with reply. However, 15mins passed and still nobody came, though we were just sitting on the sofa right in front of the counter. Therefore I went back to the counter, again, they checked for a while and confirmed that the room is ready!
What have they been doing for the past 15mins??
Other then that, we can say that we had a nice stay at the hotel!"

Every staff in Prince D'Angkor are friendly & accommodating. Also most Khmer people can smile honestly, like genuine from their heart. We had travel to Vietnam, Thailand, Mynamar, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Brunei, but only could find this original asian smile here in Angkor. The rest has commercial or political reason, even just to smile !!
Please continue this great job : Dayvy, Kristin & Thomas, all the best for you. And for all Khmerist, please keep all good culture & forget wounded past, may Cambodia will be great nation one day. "

Also, we needed a iron and ironing board from the hotel when we checked in, and we told that no one had access to the housekeeper room to get an iron for us at 8pm. I do understand that housekeeping had gone home, but someone at the front desk staff should have had a key to be able to get us those items. In the end, we got a very old iron the next day, without any ironing board.
Otherwise the staff at the hotel were very nice."

Also the same with the DVD list - print one out!
I felt as an independant booker I would have spent more money had you told me how to spend it - ie provide tours of the Wat's.
You have an excellent hotel and we did enjoy our stay very much, many thanks,
