Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Late check-out until 18:00hrs will be charged at 50% of total room rate per night, and the latest than will be charged full night accommodation.
No charge for maximum 2 children less than 12 years of age sharing room with parents using existing beds. Meals will be charged at 50% for children between 5-11 years old to prevailing meal rates.
