We took a whole week which gave us the opportunity to wander around and absorbe the total different world of Siem Reap."

"Angkor Hotels did not communicate to Soria Moria staff that I requested their complimentary free airport pick-up. I specifically stated my arrival time and flight number but hotel staff said that the website did not inform them.

Coordination and communication needs improving. However, free coffee and tea from the hotel was provided that morning because they forgot to pick me up until I had to give them a call. "
