Consistent with all rooms is the free drinking water, free self-service coffee and tea, and that we clean them every day. Unlike many accommodation establishments we're not hung up on policies. Check-in is usually when you arrive and check-out is usually when you leave.

If you have a late afternoon or evening flight and we don't need the room, then you can have it at no extra charge. If we need the room, then we'll nudge you out at either noon or roughly an hour before we need it - whichever comes later.

If we need the room but have another one available, we'll let you use it for a quick shower or whatever before your flight at no extra charge. Almost every room at Two Dragons is different and they do fill up quickly so book well in advance to get a room that suits your needs.

Please note that the Two Dragons require your arrival details (including the name of the bus company if you are arriving at Siem Reap by bus) in order to guarantee your booking.

Note: If you are travelling overland from Thailand via Poipet to Siem Reap, Two Dragons can only honour bookings if you arrange transport from the Poipet border to Siem Reap with one of the pre-booked taxis arranged by Two Dragons.

History has shown that those who choose to take one of the Bangkok-Siem Reap scam buses, despite several warnings on blogs and travel sites, invariably never arrive. We do apologize for any inconvenience and can assure you that this is only to avoid unnecessary cancellation charges that only frustrates us as much as you, and, also, make room for travellers that will arrive and would like to stay at the Two Dragons.

So, therefore, make sure you read up about some of the issues with regards to overland travel from Bangkok and the Poipet border crossing if you want to challenge your patience and haggling skills with the Bangkok scam buses and when requesting pick-up, please make sure to mention mode of transportation clearly and, if travelling by bus, name of bus company.
