Payment Procedure
All bookings are secured with a credit card at the time of booking and payments are made directly to the service / accommodation provider on the time of arrival / departure.
Note: Credit card is required to secure your booking. NO CHARGES will be made to your account at this point of time. The booking total will be payable directly to the travel service providers upon check in/out. Cancellation and no show terms apply.
Booking Cancellations
Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the traveller but the stipulated cancellation policy for that booking item will apply. A booking will only be considered cancelled upon written acknowledgement from the local operator. Should the policy be unclear, please contact the operator before securing your booking.
