Khmer Kitchen
Address: #203, Psar Chas (Old Market), Siem Reap
Phone number: 063 964 154/ 012 763 468

Khmer Kitchen is a very popular restaurant serving a wide range of delicious and inexpensive Khmer dishes and one of our personal favourites. This goes back to way before Mick Jagger visited and a very favourable mention in the New York Times and pick as the 'authors choice' in Lonely Planet really put the Khmer Kitchen on many travellers things-to-do lists.

Fortunately, the place hasn't changed much, but it does get busy around dinner time and you might have to wait a bit for the food to be served if you arrive at the busiest periods, so a word of advice might be to try it out for lunch instead, because the food still comes highly recommended.

Alternatively, simply sit back and relax with an ice-cold Angkor beer or a freshly squeezed lime juice whilst you wait for your food and watch the people passing by.
